If you have a blender and a melon, there are absolutely no reasons why you should not be able to make this.

Single Cream
Deseed the melon and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Blitz the melon into a juice.
Add the cream to the melon whilst pureeing.
Serve chilled with Serrano ham.
